Why still pack by hand?
Packing by hand is often a quicker, more flexible solution for your products. Whether it’s adding stickers, blister cellowrap or compiling added components, we have plenty of space at our logistics and packing centre. Even filling 500 or 1000 displays at the same time onto Europallets and then shipping them out to retailers such as pharmacy or electrical sales outlets is not a problem -we have the space and the experienced staff to handle the volume, even if there are time constraints and goods need to meet an advertising or release deadline.
For special productions often handpacking is the best way – machine packaging is not always the best option. Some things are best packed or unpacked by hand, so thankfully humans are still needed for certain types of jobs. Our employees can assemble special packages and deal with unpacking and reworking of all kinds in a very efficient and reliable manner.

Serialisation means that every individual product of your order is given an individual number created by you with an individual combination of numbers and/or letter.
A serial number – for approval, for hotline inquiries or for manufacturer serial numbers is safer and more durable than a sticker
For example – to activate the software, the user needs to add the serial code on his PC which is printed on the back of a manual for instance or which was printed directly onto the CD.
We can add serial numbers to manual or other printed components, onto CDs or DVDs, covercards, cardboard wallets, licencing leaflets, credit cards or directly onto your products with ink jet printers, optical verification readers, or printed by laser on almost any material be it wood, metal and most hard plastics.
Our serialisation machines work with high speed ink jet printers and can handle up to 100/48 digit numbers with a height of 1.5mm- 4mm. The laser printers are even more flexible on types of fonts, logos and height. .
All we need from you is an excel, access data bank or text file (CR-spaced) containing the codes, the rest you can leave to our experts.
